Health Care Flexible Spending Account
Pay for eligible medical, dental or vision expenses, for employee and/or dependents, with pre-tax contributions up to $2,550 per calendar year.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account
Set aside pre-tax contributions for dependent care costs, up to $5,000 per household, per calendar year.
Commuter/Parking Flexible Spending Accounts
Set aside pre-tax contributions to pay for qualified employment-related transportation and/or parking expenses. Monthly maximums, $255 for parking and $255 for transit.
Health Savings Account

Life Insurance & AD&D
Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is administered through MetLife. Company provides $50,000 of Basic and AD&D Life Insurance at no cost to the employee! Additional Voluntary Life and AD&D coverage may be purchased by employees for themselves and dependents. Evidence of insurability may be required depending on amount of coverage.
Short/Long Term Disability
MetLife administers our disability coverage. Short Term Disability is available, covering 60% of the employee’s weekly earnings. Company provides Long Term Disability at no cost to the employee, covering 60% of their monthly earnings.
Accidental Plan Coverage
Administered through MetLife, employees may purchase coverage for out-of-pocket costs related to an accident, for employees and dependents.

Milestone One Program
Employees are eligible to reveive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) awards after achieving their first anniversary with the Company through the FLTX Milestone One Program! The quantity of RSU awards are based on a value amount assigned to job levels. RSUs are granted to an employee the month following their one year anniversary of emplyment.
401(K) Retirement Plan
Save for retirement with pre-tax dollars. Roth and Traditional options are available after 90 days of employment. 3% employer match ($4,000 cap), effective after one year of employment, no vesting period.
Paid Time off
The Company provides generous time off, including sick, personal and vacation days. Forty hours of vacation and forty hours of sick may rollover each year.
Paid Holidays
Fleetmatics observes nine holidays per year.
